从烧伤外科植皮治疗学到烧伤皮肤再生医学

摘　　要：了解和介绍烧伤传统外科植皮治疗学与烧伤再生医学及其疗法的发展过程与现状,掌握生命科学前沿医疗技术和学术。资料来原:认真阅读由SAUNDERS出版的DavidHemdon主编的《TotalBurnCare》与KARGER出版的Rongxi-angXu主编的《BurnsRegenerativeMedicineandTherapy》及《Burns》等著作和期刊,分别将原著所介绍两种烧伤医疗体系的发展与现状的原文,进行全文翻译或摘录。结果归纳:医疗技术:A、烧伤外科植皮治疗学在过去的50年里,创立了烧伤外科系统治疗体系,并取得了长足的发展。但由于单纯的使用外科技术,而无法解决烧伤发病和重新恢复皮肤形态和功能等问题,手术治疗损伤大,病人痛苦,费用也高,愈合部位瘢痕增生,或毁容致残而成了烧伤治疗的难题,严重阻碍了烧伤外科的发展;B、《烧伤再生医学》借鉴于烧伤外科治疗的经验和教训,以现代生命科学前沿为准则,建立了以烧伤部位原位再生皮肤和治疗烧伤发病为宗旨的的人体器官再生治疗体系,用原位再生皮肤器官技术治疗烧伤,实现了烧伤专家们共同向往的烧伤医学理想。结论:烧伤治疗学已由单纯的外科植皮治疗学进入到烧伤创面皮肤器官原位再生的医疗学新阶段,使烧伤患者摆脱了烧伤局部瘢痕愈合与功能残疾的威胁,大面积烧伤病人也基本摆脱了死亡和残废的威胁,世界上的烧?Objective: Understanding and introduction of the development process and the current situation of the traditional surgery skin grafting therapeutics and the burns regenerative medicine to master the pioneer medical treatment techniques and academic knowledge in We science. Medicine: Carefully reading the ' Total Burn Care', edited by David Herndon, published by SAUNDERS and the ' burns Regenerative Medicine and Therapy', written by Rongxiang Xu, published by KARCER and some papers in ' Burns ' etc. Directly translate or make an extract about the development and current situation of the two burn medical systems from the original papers in these periodical or books. Medical Treatment Technique: A) In past 50 years, Burn Surgery Skin Grafting Technique established the burn surgery system and obtained considerable achievement. However, due to the only usage of surgery technique, which can' t solve the problems including burn pathogenesis, skin recover, etc., the outcome for this technique is: the secondary damage of the treatment is high; patient suffers a lot of pain; the cost is high; scar formation after wound healing and the disfigurement and disability. All these became the difficulties of burn treatment, which hinders the development of the burn surgery and burn care. B) ' Burns Regenerative Medicine and Therapy' aims directly at the experiences and lessons from burn surgery skin grafting technique, establishes the human organ regenerative medical treatment system to treat burns with skin organ regeneration in situ. The purpose is to regenerate skin in situ after burns and treat burn pathogenesis, which realize the common medical science dream of all burn experts. Conclusion: burn Therapeutics has entered into a new stage of regenerative medicine (i. e. skin organ regeneration in situ on burn wounds) from pure burn surgery skin grafting technique. burn patients have got rid of the threaten of disfigurement and disability after wound healing; patients who suffered from extensive burns also have basically got rid
