摘　　要：从老一辈地质学家成长道路论述21世纪地学人才的培养开发问题,其中,对21世纪地质科学人才培养,我国地质科学人才成长的历史和现状,21世纪对地质科学发展的影响作了较为详细的论述。尤其对未来地学专门人才培养的思考,涉及到人才需求合理结构、综合型地球科学人才培养,人才的品德及创造人才辈出的环境和机制问题。By analyzing the development course of the older generation of geologists, this paper discusses the cultivation and development of geological talent in the 21st century, elaborating the talent cultivation of geo-science in 21st century, the history and present situation of geological talent in our country, and the effect of this new century on the development of geology science. The paper also puts an emphasis on the consideration of the professional geological talent cultivation in the future, including the reasonable structure of talent demanding, multiple geological talent cultivation, talents' moral and the environment and system of promoting more and more talents.
