摘 要:促进学习者自主性是近20年来外语教学界的热门话题。了解与自主学习相关的语言学习观以及实现自主学习所需要的条件,有利于教师更好地发挥引导者、组织者、解难者的作用,也有利于教师积极地介入学生自主能力的培养过程,使学生成为真正的自主学习者,提高学习效率,获得最佳学习效果。简要介绍了自主学习定义及其必要性,论述了如何在我国目前的教育环境下培养学生的自主外语学习能力。<Abstrcat>Learner autonomy has been a buzzword in foreign language teaching in the recent 20 years. To know some conceptions about LA in language learning and the necessary factors to attain the goal, it is conductive to greatly improve teachers'role as guide; organizer and problem solving and it is also beneficial for teachers to actively get involved in the training process of students'LA, and make students become real LA , and improve learning efficiency and gain the best effect .This paper aims at introducing the new teaching idea into FLT in China, including its definition, the necessity of cultivating learner's autonomy in the process of foreign language learning and how to promote LA in the current pedagogic context.
