摘 要:针对我国旅行社业发展趋势和存在的问题,提出了重视企业人才,依靠个性化服务满足散客旅游,重视国内旅游市场,依靠高附加值服务和品牌取胜的经营战略,使旅行社走上可持续发展的道路。The current developing tendency in tourism is that the package tour will be replaced by the individual tour.Along with the rapid development of the domestic tourism,the competition among travel agencies is concentrated on the competition in talent personnel,service and brand.In view of the developing tendency in travelling and the existing problems,the management strategy of emphasizing on the enterprise talent personnel,satisfying the tourists by individuality service,paying attention to the domestic traveling market,depending on high additional value service and brand service are put forward to help travel agency have a continuous development.
