胞必佳联合顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察胞必佳联合顺铂(DDP)治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效和毒副反应。方法48例恶性胸腔积液患者采用单腔中心静脉导管,行胸腔穿刺置管闭式引流,再给予胸腔内注药,其中A组用胞必佳加顺铂,B组单用DDP,治疗结束后4周观察两组的疗效和毒副反应。结果胞必佳加DDP对恶性胸腔积液的有效率为88.5%,优于单用DDP组。结论置入静脉导管胸腔闭式引流后注射胞必佳加DDP是治疗恶性胸腔积液的有效方法。Objective To evaluate the response and adverse reaction of nocardia rubra cell wal skeleton (Rubratin) combined with cisplatin(DDP) in treating malignant pleural effusion (MPE).Methods Torty-eight patients with MPE applied with single lumen central venous catheters to drain the fluid were divided into two groups: in the group A, Rubratin and DDP were used, while in the group B only DDP was injected. Both were given once a week for consecutive 3 weeks. Therapeutic effect and adverse reactions were observed 4 weeks later. Results Overall objective responded rate (compiete and partial remission) of the group A was 88.5%, which was significantly higher than that of the group B (68.2%: P<0.01.Conclusion Draining the fluid completely followed by intracavuty injection of nocardia rubra cell wall skeleton and DDP is effective in the treatment of MPE.
