摘  要:由于稠油黏度高、密度大,常规脱水方法所需的脱水容器体积庞大,基建投资及运行费用高,所处理的原油有时还难以达到商品原油的含水指标。以实验为基础,论述了超声波频率和声强(电压)、超声波辐射照时间和沉降时间对稠油脱水的影响,确定了稠油超声波脱水的合理工作参数,为今后稠油超声波脱水的现场应用提供了工艺参数和技术依据。The oil-water mixture was separated traditionally by gravity and electricity,sometimes some demulsifiers were used. But it is very difficult to dehydrate heavy oil by those methods because of its high density and viscosity. The basic principles of heavy oil dehydration by ultrasonic demulsification are presented in this paper. The feasibility of heavy oil dehydration by ultrasonic demulsification is studied experimentally. Some reasonable operation parameters for ultrasonic demulsification of heavy oil dehydration are determined. The process and technical parameters for the application of heavy oil dehydration by ultrasonic demulsification are provided.
