摘 要:当前为提高配电网自动化水平,普遍在部分线路及公用配电变压器负荷侧配置有远方终端测量装置(FTU、TTU)。这为准确计算线损提供了充实、可靠的数据来源。该文以此为出发点,将FTU、TTU采集到的三相实时数据分解为三序分量。然后对每一序网做状态估计得到整个网络的运行状态。由于状态估计不需要完全测量量,因而可大大地降低投资费用,同时使计算结果更可信。最后通过实例分析说明了此理论的可行性。Remote terminal measurement units, FTU and TTU, are commonly designed in some of lines and at load terminal of public distribution transformer to promote the level of distribution automation, which provide full and reliable data for line loss calculating precisely. This paper points out that three-phase real-time data that acquired by FTU and TTU can be resolved into three sequences of data and then state estimation can be made on each sequence of network to get the operation conditions of the whole network. Investment may be reduced greatly because that state estimation needn't full measurements. At the same time, it can make the calculation result of line loss more credible. Finally, a practical example rectifies the method is feasible.
