摘　　要：项目评估是当前有关部门需要面临和经常遇到的问题,怎样公正、合理地评价项目,是急需解决的问题。使用神经网络的方法分析建立模型,构建了解决这一问题的方法,建立了一个适用的系统,既达到了快速解决问题的效果,又为以后这种类型的项目提供了解决问题的一种思路。The item evaluation is a common problem that current department concerned demand facing with and usually meeting, how to evaluate fairly and reasonably item is a problem to need the solution urgently. This paper constructs the solving method through establishing the model by using the analytic method of neural network, establishing a suitable system not only attains the result of rapid solving problem, but also provides a kind of thinking that solve problem for the item.
