摘　　要：分析了高校档案信息资源的特性及开发利用现状,从服务内容、服务方式、实现途径等方面全面阐述了“研究一服务”型这种建立在新理念基础上的高校档案开发利用新模式。The paper analyzes the features of information resources in higher education files and relevant develo- ping and using situations and,from the perspective of contents and modes of service and realization methods,collab- orates the new mode-research-service type——based on the new concept.
