摘　　要：１０－羟基癸烯酸（１０－ＨＤＡ）抑制应激、结扎幽门和消炎痛性胃溃疡的形成．促进醋酸性胃溃疡的愈合。并且能抑制胃酸分泌．具有剂量依赖关系，促进胃壁结合粘液．胃组织ＤＮＡ、ｃＡＭＰ和胃粘膜前列腺素Ｅ２含量增加．提示．１０－ＨＤＡ抗胃溃疡作用可能与其抑制胃酸分泌及增强胃粘膜细胞保护作用有关。hydroxy-2-decencic(10-HDA) dose-dependently inhibited the formation of the gastric ulcer induced by stress,pyloric ligation and indomethacin sepectively in rats.10HDA also accelerated the healing of gastric ulcerinduced by acetic acid and it was proved by hislo-pathologiCal examination.The gastric acid output was decreased by this drug in a dose-dependent mannes.10-HDA promoted the combination of gastric wall with mucus and increased the generation of DNA 、cAMP and PGE2 in gastric tissue.It is suggested that antiulcer effcts off 10-HDA may relate to inhibiting the secretion of gastric acid and increasing the ability of gastric mucosal cytoprotection.
