反相高效液相色谱法测定18种石斛类生药中chrysotoxene，erianin及chrysotoxine的含量

摘　　要：采用反相ＨＰＬＣ法测定１８种石斛中ｃｈｒｙｓｏｔｏｘｅｎｅ，ｅｒｉａｎｉｎ及ｃｈｒｙｓｏｔｏｘｉｎｅ的含量。固定相ＯＤＳ－Ｃ＿（１８）２４ｃｍ×４．６ｍｍ，流动相甲醇－乙腈－水（６０：６０：１６５），检测波长２３７ｎｍ。三种成分的回收率分别为９８．０％，９６．１％及９５．２％。A reverse- phase HPLC methed was described for the determination of chrysotoxene, erianin and chrysotoxine in 18 species of Herba Dendrobii (Shihu). The three constituents were separated on a ODS-C18 240 mm×4. 6 mm column,using methol-acetonitrile-water (60 :60:165) as the mobile phase,detected at 237 nm. The average recoveries of the three constituents were 98.0%, 96.1%, 95.2%respectively.
