摘　　要：本文对鲜食枣的品种资源、引种选育、栽培技术及贮藏技术等方面进行了论述,指出了鲜食枣生产中存在问题及今后发展方向。This paper described the fresh jujube research in terms of its variety resources, variety introduction and breeding, cultivation technique, and storage techniques. Existing problems in the production and the development direction in the future were discussed.
