摘　　要：为探讨新形势下研究生教育工作的发展,在总结当前国内外高等教育发展趋势的基础上,分析认为科学精神与人文理念的融合是21世纪高等教育发展的必然趋势,提出在医学人才培养中应注重科学与人文的交融,并就医院研究生培养工作提出几点需要处理好的问题,借此对医院学科人才建设进行了有益的思考。Discussion was made on the development of postgraduate education under new circumstances based on the conclusion of the developing tendency of higher education home and abroad. The fusion of scientific and humanistic spirit is an inexorable trend in the development of higher education in 21 century and should be applied to our training of medical students, especially postgraduates.
