芬太尼透皮贴剂止痛不良反应的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察和处理晚期癌症疼痛患者使用芬太尼透皮贴剂(多瑞吉)的不良反应。方法80例晚期癌症疼痛患者局部皮肤每次敷贴多瑞吉5～30mg,持续72h后更换,从开始用药即观察其不良反应并给予相应处理。结果呼吸抑制6例(7.5%),恶心呕吐11例(14.7%),便秘10例(12%),头晕7例(8.6%)。所有患者经适当对症处理后症状均消失。结论局部皮肤敷贴多瑞吉有恶心呕吐、便秘、头晕、呼吸抑制等不良反应,经对症处理可消失。Objective To investigate the adverse effects of Durogesic in the treatment of pain induced by advanced carcinoma.Methods The pain in 80 patients with advanced carcinoma was treated with Durogenic 5～30 mg,which is an analgesic plaster,used extemally over the skin, renewed and shifted in location every 72 h.The adverse effects of Durogenic were watched out for and treated promptly.Results The adverse effects included 6 cases of dyspnea (7.5%),11 nausea andvomiting (~14.7% ),10 constipation (12.5%),and 7 dizziness (8.6%).All of these side effects were controlled by treatment.Conclusion The side effects of Durongesic are not infrequent during its extemal use,special attention should be paid to the serious condition of dyspnea.
