右心粘液瘤围手术期治疗特点——附15例报告

摘　　要：目的总结右心粘液瘤围手术期的外科治疗经验。方法复习我院1980年2月至2004年11月收治的15例右心粘液瘤患者的围手术期的外科治疗资料。结果1例入院后发生急性肺动脉栓塞死亡。14例接受手术,均治愈出院,其中2例术后并发低心排血量综合征。结论针对右心粘液瘤围手术期的治疗特点,采取相应的治疗措施,可以获得满意的治疗效果。Objective To summarize the experience of perioperative surgical treatment of right heart myxoma. Methods The data of 15 right heart myxoma between February,1980 and November,2004 were reviewed. Results 1 patient died of acute pulmonary artery embolization before operation.Operations were performed in 14 patients,all were cured,including low output syndrome occurred in 2 cases. Conclusion The effect of surgical treatment was satisfactory according to the character of perioperative surgical treatment of right heart myxoma.
