摘  要:从研究膨胀率、收缩率与含水量的关系出发,提出了膨胀系款、收缩系数的概念并研究了其性质。研究结果表明,膨胀系数、收缩系数是能充分表征膨胀土胀缩变形能力且不随含水量变化而变化的指标,它可用作膨胀土判别分类的指标和膨胀土地基的胀缩变形量计算。This paper, from the relationship of the expansion rate, contraction rate and water content, set forth the concept and Expansion Coefficient and Contraction Coefficient and researched its characteristics. The study results shown that the Expansion Coefficient and Contraction Coefficient are the index to indicate fully the expansion-contraction and deformation capacity of the expansion soil and they will be not change with the variety of water content, and they can be able to apply as index for the differentiate and classification of the expansion soil and as calculation for the expansion-contraction and deformation quantity of the expansion soil foundation.
