摘 要:目的 探索环境控制区洁净度的综合评价方法 ,使各洁净室的检测数据具有科学性和可比性。方法 收集了 2 0 0 1~ 2 0 0 4年 7月福建省疾病预防控制中心对 6 6家食品厂、制药厂、医疗单位、科研部门的 4 4 9个洁净室尘埃粒子、沉降菌、浮游菌、风速、噪声、照度、温度、相对湿度、静压差等 9项指标的检测数据 ,应用灰色关联从级别、类型、地区、年份 4个方面进行归类分析 ,据此求得关联度 ,以评价质量优劣。结果 各级别中 10万级最优 ,制药厂为各类别中最佳 ,莆田居各地区之冠 ,各年度中 2 0 0 3年最好。结论 灰色关联是一种较为准确。Objective To explore a method for evaluating the degree of cleanliness of environment control areas and to obtain scientific and comparable experimental data from every clean room Methods Data of nine indexes(airborne particles,settling microbe ,airborne microbe, wind speed, noise, illumination, temperature, relative humidity and static pressure difference) were collected from 449 clean rooms in 66 food industries, pharmaceutical industries, hospitals and research institutes which were tested from 2001 to July of 2004 by Fujian Center for Disease Control and Prevention These data were classified by four aspects of level, category, area and year and analyzed with the method of grey relation.In this way , quality of cleanliness would be assessed Results Hundred thousand level was the best in all levels, pharmaceutical industries were the best in all categories , Putian was the best in all areas and the year of 2003 was the best in all years Conclusion Grey relation is an accurate and practical method for comprehensive evaluation
