摘  要:采用一次培养实验方法,研究了Pb(Ⅱ)对赤潮异弯藻(HeterosigmaakashiwoHada)、亚心形扁藻(Platymonassub cordiforus)、中肋骨条藻[Skeletonemacostatuma (Greville)Cleve]和旋链角毛藻(Chaetoceroscurvisetus)、海洋原甲藻(Proro centrummicans)和裸甲藻(Gymnodiniumsp .)等6种海洋浮游植物粒径的影响。应用统计软件(Origin 7.0 )拟合出6种浮游植物的中值粒径,作出粒径随时间、Pb(Ⅱ)浓度变化的分布图,描述了6种浮游植物在不同的Pb(Ⅱ)浓度下,生长周期内粒径的变化。With batch culture experiment,the test on the effects of Pb(Ⅱ) on the diameter of 6 species of marine algae was made,Platymonas subcordiforus,Heterosigma akashiwo Hada,Skeletonema costatuma,Chaetoceros curvisetus,Prorocentrummicans and Gymnodinium sp. The Gauss distribution function was utilized to describe the distribution of the mean percentage of the equivalent spherical diameter of marine phytoplankton.According to the study results, it was found that Platymonas subcordiforus,Heterosigma akashiwo Hada,Skeletonema costatuma,Chaetoceros curvisetus have one peak, while Prorocentrummicans and Gymnodinium sp. are duplicated peaks. It can be generally described the change of the mean diameter(MD) with the time in the different concentration of Pb 2+ from the three-dimension Surfer graph. In the same of the concentration of Pb 2+ , the MD of six species was increased firstly,and then decreased with the time. But at the concentration of 10000μg·dm -3 ,the MD of Heterosigma akashiwo Hada was increased in the growth cycle. And at the same time ,the MD of Platymonas subcordiforus,Heterosigma akashiwo Hada, Skeletonema costatuma,Chaetoceros curvisetus was also increased firstly,and then discreased with the concentrations while the mean diameter of Prorocentrummicans and Gymnodinium sp was decreased firstly and then increased.
