摘 要:本文通过分批试验,研究了磷化氢对反硝化的影响.当NO3-N浓度较低(70mg/L和140mg/L)时,高浓度(0.5mL/L和0.971mL/L)磷化氢可对硝酸盐转化产生抑制作用;但当NO3-N浓度较高(210mg/L和280mg/L)时,高浓度磷化氢对硝酸盐转化的抑制不明显,提高硝酸盐浓度可缓解磷化氢的抑制效应.磷化氢对反硝化反应的抑制可能是竞争性抑制.磷化氢对反硝化菌的生长也有抑制作用;抑制效应随时间的延长而增强.The effect of free phosphine on denitrification was investigated in the batch experiment. It was found that high phosphine concentration (0.50mL/L and 0.97mL/L) inhibited the conversion of nitrate when nitrate concentration was low (70mg/L and 140mg/L). However, the inhibition was not so obvious when nitrate concentration was high (210mg/L and 280mg/L). The increase in nitrate concentration could alleviate the phosphine inhibition. Possibly the phosphine inhibition was competitive. Furthermore, phosphine showed also an inhibitory effect on the growth of denitrifying bacteria and the inhibition was enhanced with the advance of time.
