摘　　要：代谢组学在中药现代化进程中有着其他方法无法比拟的优势:可推动我国中药的整体评价;对成药质量进行检测监督;通过构建优质、道地、珍稀中药材DNA分子标记与基因文库,实现中药的防伪;通过药理和毒理研究,建立中药毒性预测的专家系统。并分析了其在中医药现代化进程中的应用前景。引文28篇。This paper describes a series of questions existing in the development of traditional Chinese medicine of our country,pointing out that matabonomics has incomparable advantage than other methods in the modernization progress of traditional Chinese medicine.It can realize the whole appraisal of the Chinese herbal medicine of our country;examine and supervise the quality of patent medicine;realizes the Chinese herbal medicine′s anti-counterfeit through structuring the premium,genuine and rare traditional Chinese medicine′s DNA mark and gene library;set up an expert system to predict the toxicity of Chinese herbal medicine through studying Chinese herbal medicine′s toxicology and pharmacology.This article also analyses the application prospect in modernization progress of traditional Chinese medicine.28 references are cited.
