摘　　要：首先回顾了关键成功因素的有关研究,在此基础上建立了针对IS/IT项目关键成功因素的理论模型,然后采用因子分析方法对问卷调查的数据进行了实证分析,总结出我国IS/IT项目的14个关键成功因素,并对理论模型进行了修正,得到了一系列有意义的结论。Based on the literature review, the theoretical model of critical success factors in IS/IT projects is established, and by analyzing the data from questionnaires through factor analysis, 14 critical success factors in Chinese IS/IT projects are summarized, the original theoretical model amended and some significant conclusions made.
