摘　　要：利用－２０℃冰箱保存２年以上，ＯＣＴ包理的冰冻组织标本提取ＤＮＡ。结果表明，从清除掉ＯＣＴ的组织中提取ＤＮＡ与从新鲜手术标本中提取ＤＮＡ效果基本一致，进而证实ＯＣＴ对组织ＤＮＡ无不良影响。可利用旧有材料进行回顾性研究，尚可对同一病例进行组织病理学及分子生物学对比研究。DNAs from tissues embedded in the OCT,stored at -2O℃ more than 2 years and used once in the immunohistology research were extracted.The electrophoresis results showed that the DNA bands were very clear and there was no harmful effect of OCT to DNAs.Therefor,the authors think that the new method introduced here would be useful for researchers because used samples can be re-used by this way and compared study can be done using same samples,such as both histopathological and biological study.
