摘 要:非接触型超声波电机有效地克服了传统的接触型超声波电机因接触所引起的使用寿命短、不能长时间连续运转等缺点,是超声波电机领域一个新的研究方向。文中介绍了非接触型超声波电机的结构和运行机理,对液体的声流速度进行了理论分析,从液体性质和转子结构角度重点研究了电机的转速特性。在液体性质方面从液位高度、液体粘度和非线性参数三方面详细分析了它们对电机转速特性的影响,从中得出,在一定范围内电机转速随液位高度的增加而增大,随粘度的增加而减小,与液体的非线性参数成反方向变化。在转子结构方面从转子直径、叶片高度、叶片数和所用材料密度4方面对转速特性进行了研究,得到了与转速的关系和转速特性良好的转子结构形式。在上述分析和实验基础上提出应用具有一定参数的液体和转子可有效提高电机转速的方法。Non-contact type ultrasonic motor is a new research direction in the field of the ultrasonic motor. It solves many problems caused by friction of the contact type ultrasonic motor, such as shorter life expectancy and continuous running time. This paper introduced an ultrasonic motor driving fluid directly. The structure and operating principle of the motor were proposed. The acoustic streaming velocity was analyzed in the theory. The rotating speed characteristic of the motor was investigated experimentally from two aspects of the fluid character and the rotor structural parameter. The fluid characters include the height, viscosity and non-linear parameter. The rotor structural parameters are the radius, the blade height, the blade number and the material density. The experiments proved that the rotating speed increase as the depth of the fluid increase, decrease as the viscosity coefficient increase and are in reverse to the non-linear parameter. The rotors that have good operating characteristic have been found, which have given guides to select an appropriate rotor. The paper deduced some methods of increasing motor’s rotating speed.
