多元化企业主业突出程度与经济绩效的实证研究

摘　　要：突出主业与各业务均衡发展是多元化企业的两种成长模式,本文以我国多元化上市公司为对象, 运用相关分析的方法,实证研究了我国多元化企业成长的一般规律。结论显示,我国企业主业越突出,经济绩效越好,对规模较低的企业尤为如此;但在企业规模较高的情况下,主业突出水平与经济绩效不存在明显的相关性。The dominate business and proportional development are the two growth modes of the diversified company. The paper chooses China listed diversified company as research object, uses the related analysis method, and adopts empirical study on the relationship between outstanding degree of dominate business and economic performance of diversified business enterprise. Results reveal most of the enterprise in our country, the higher of the outstanding degree of dominate business it is, the better of the economic performance, especially to the business enterprise of lower scale. But in the case of higher business enterprise scale, the relativity between outstanding degree of dominate business and EPS much descent, and there is have no obvious relationship between outstanding degree of dominate business and ROE.
