摘　　要：本文旨在说明可操作性应是《中国图书馆员职业道德准则(试行)》的价值与生命力。文章以《准则》的第5条“尊重知识产权,促进信息传播”为例,揭示了《准则》中所包含的不同的价值取向之间的伦理冲突,介绍了国外相关准则对这一伦理冲突的处置及应对方式,提出了增强《准则》内容的可操作性的具体建议。A Librarian should strive for the system of information fair and guarantee,but there is a conflict between the principle of free use and copyright,The author introduces the related rules of profes- sional ethics of librarians in foreign countries on how to cope with the conflict,and suggests the Rules of Professional Ethics of Librarians in China should give a clear explanation to the moral conflict.Only in this way the rules could be practicable and operational.
