摘　　要：化脓性角膜炎可严重危害视力,对于药物治疗无效者应及时手术,根据病情可选择穿透性角膜移植、板层角膜移植或病灶切除术。围手术期的处理、正确的手术操作可降低手术风险,预防和处理手术并发症是化脓性角膜炎手术成功的关键。Pyogenic keratitis is one of serious vision-threatened diseases.Surgery is necessary if drugs cannot control infection.According to the progression of pyogenic keratitis,penetrating keratoplasty,lamellar keratoplasty,or superficial keratectomy will be chosen.The keys of successful operation are the appropriate perioperative management,correct technique reducing surgery risks,prevention and management of complications.
