摘  要:目的:研究胃腺癌组织芯片中硒蛋白P的表达.方法:选用胃腺癌组织30例制备组织芯片,30例正常胃组织作为对照,用免疫组化的方法观察硒蛋白P在胃腺癌组织中的表达.结果:硒蛋白P在胃腺癌组织中的表达(17/30,56.7%)低于在正常胃组织中的表达(25/30,83.3%),二者差异有统计学意义,P=0.030;硒蛋白P在高、中分化病例中的阳性表达率为76.5%(13/17),高于低分化病例中表达率30.8%(4/13),二者差异有统计学意义,P=0.004;硒蛋白P在Ⅰ~Ⅱ期病例中表达为57.9%(11/19),Ⅲ期病例中表达为54.5%(6/11),二者差异无统计学意义,P=0.672.结论:硒蛋白P在胃腺癌组织中为低表达,与肿瘤的分化程度呈负相关,与肿瘤的TNM分期无关.OBJECTIVE:To investigate the expression of selenoprotein P in gastric adenocarcinoma tissues with tissue microarray. METHODS: Beecher tissue arrayer was used to create tissue microarray,derived from 30 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma, and 30 corresponding normal gastric tissues were used to be the controll. The expression of selenoprotein P in gastric adenocarcinoma tissues of tissue microarray were investigated by immunohistochemical stain. RESULTS: The expression levels of selenoprotein P in gastric adenocarcinoma (17/30,56.7%) were lower than those of their control normal tissues (25/30,83.3%), the difference is significant, (P=0.03). The expression levels of selenoprotein P in high and moderate differentiation level cases (76.5%,11/17) were higher than those of their control normal tissues (30.8%,4/13), the difference is significant, P=0.01. The expression levels of selenoprotein P were 57.9%(11/19) in Ⅰ-Ⅱ stage cases, and 54.5%((6/11)) in Ⅲ stage cases, the difference is not significant, P=0.522. CONCLUSION: The levels of the expression of selenoprotein P are low in gastric adenocarcinoma tissues, the expressions of selenoprotein P are related with differentiation levels of gastric adenocarcinoma, while not with TNM stage of tumor.
