尤文氏肉瘤九例临床特点分析

摘　　要：回顾分析了5所医院的9例尤文氏肉瘤患者的临床病理资料,对其症状、体征、Χ线检查、实验室检查进行分析。以疼痛就诊的8例,体温平均38·2℃,白细胞平均11·09×109L-1,AKP平均45·40King-ArmstrongU,ESR平均36·44mm/h,Χ线检查7例有融骨性破坏,其中同时伴有骨膜反应者6例,无骨破坏及密度减低者1例,仅表现为骨密度减低者1例。通过分析发现,尤文氏肉瘤有如下特点:1)无明显诱因,以疼痛为主要症状;2)长管状骨尤文氏肉瘤易误诊为骨髓炎;3)脊柱尤文氏肉瘤不侵犯椎间盘组织;4)有的患者X线检查单纯表现为骨密度改变;5)也可发生于颅内、软组织;6)偶见于中年人;7)恶性程度高、转移早;8)误诊率高。The clinical characteristics of 9 cases of Ewing’s sarcoma were studied retrospectively in 5 hospitals. Their smpotoms, physical signs, X-ray and laboratory examinations were analysed. The chief conaplaint was pain in 8 cases. The average temperature was 38.2℃,WBC 11.09×10~9L^(-1), ESR 36.44 mm/h, AKP 45.40 King-Armstrong U. Seven cases′ X-ray showed the bones damaged, and of the seven, 6 cases showed periosteum reactions, and one case only showed the reduction of the intensity of bone. In summary, Ewing’s sarcoma’s characteristics are as follows: 1) no obvious predisposing causes,and pain is the main sympotom.2) Ewing’s sarcoma of the long tubular bone is easy to be misdiagnosise as osteomyelitis.3) Ewing’s sarcoma of spine does not encroach the invertebral disc.4)Some cases only express as the reduction of the bone’s intensity in the X-ray.5)It can also be originated in the encephalocoele and soft tissue.6) It can occurr in middle-aged persons occasionally.7)The degree of malignant of Ewing’s sarcoma is high, and it can matastasis early.8)The rate of misdiagnosis is high.
