摘　　要：产业集群的组织模式是高新技术产业集群发展的关键因素之一。遵循产业集群的规律,研究我国产业集群发展实践中形成的三种典型组织模式:基于价值链裂变的高新技术产业集群,基于供应链整合的高新技术产业集群和基于虚拟链集聚的高新技术产业集群。The organization mode is one of the key factors of the high- new technology industry cluster's development.Based on the rule of industry clusters, this paper studies on three kinds of organization models in Chinese industry luster development, including the high-new industry cluster based on value chain fission, the high-new industry cluster based on value chain combination, and the high-new industry cluster based on the virtual chain gathering.
