摘 要:为了解工艺参数对内高压成形工艺的影响,利用实验手段对三台阶轴内高压成形工艺中补料量的作用进行了研究。给出了补料量计算的通用公式,分析了补料量在理论值的80%~120%范围内变化时成形零件的相应变化情况。实验结果表明:补料量低于理论值的90%或高于理论值的110%时,试件壁厚变化显著,容易发生折叠或破裂失稳;直径90mm台阶对补料量的降低敏感度最高,最容易发生破裂;成形区与补料区之间的过渡区受补料量影响最大。The influence of axial supplements on three-stepped hollow shaft hydroforming was investigated experimentally to explore the effect of processing parameters on tube hydroforming. A general formula was developed to estimate the axial supplement. Variations of hydroformed shaft properties were analyzed for axial supplements from 80% to 120% of the theoretical supplement. The experimental results show that for axial supplements less than 90% or more than 110% of the theoretical supplement, the shaft tends to buckle or wrinkle with large changes in the shaft thickness and that the 90-mm diameter step is most sensitive to the supplement reduction and is most likely to buckle. The results also show that the axial supplement greatly influences the transition region between the supplement region and the deformation region.
