摘　　要：凋亡诱导因子(apoptosis-inducing factor,AIF)是位于线粒体膜间隙的一种黄素蛋白。在凋亡信号刺激时,AIF分子从线粒体释放到细胞浆,然后转位到细胞核内,引起染色体核周边凝集和DNA呈大片段断裂,从而使细胞发生凋亡的特征性改变。AIF所诱导的细胞凋亡是独立于caspases-系统的另一条更原始和更保守的凋亡途径,因而不受(caspas-es抑制剂的抑制。凋亡与许多眼病的发生具有密切的关系,关于AIF在眼病中的作用也有报道。我们就AIF诱导凋亡的机制及其在光感受器细胞、视网膜神经节细胞和视网膜色素上皮细胞凋亡中的作用进行简要回顾。Apoptosis-inducing factor (AIF) is a mi-tochondrial intermembrane space flavoproteln. Upon apoptosis signaling, AIF can translocates, via the cy-tosol, to the nucleus and induce nuclear chromatin condensation as well as large-scale DNA fragmentation. This way is a more primary and more conservative pathway which is caspase-independent, therefore it can not been inhibited by caspases inhibitor. Apoptosis plays a critical role in ocular diseases, and the effects of AIF in eye diseases had been reported. Mechanism of AIF inducing apoptosis and its effects in apoptosis of photoreceptor,ganglion cells and retinal pigment epithelial cells are reviewed in this article.
