摘　　要：研究文字图片的高效压缩算法.基于图像二值化、数据欠采样以及样条插值方法相结合的思想,提出了一种文字类图片的有效压缩算法.该方法具有计算简单、运算量少、图像高保真等特点.试验表明,在高保真的前提下其压缩比高达110倍以上.An efficient compression technique for the text images was studied by the combination of binary of images, dada subsampling and spline interpolation to achieve an efficient compression method for the text images. This technique has simply computational structure, lower complexity and high quality of a compressed image. Experimental results show that the compression ratio is more than 110 times with the high quality of compressed images.
