摘  要:研究了麦草在热水处理、木聚糖酶处理、碱浸渍过程,以及麦草―木聚糖酶碱法化学机械浆H2O2漂白过程中化学成分与化学元素的变化。化学成分分析结果表明:麦草含有一定量的热水易溶物质和木聚糖酶易溶物质,它们的除去,使碱对木素的作用明显增加。扫描电子显微镜―能谱仪元素分析结果表明:麦草本身含有较多的矿质元素,对木聚糖酶有一定的干扰作用;碱金属离子在热水中易于溶出;碱土金属和过渡金属元素在整个制浆和H2O2漂白过程中都存在;碳/氧元素比可在一定程度上反映麦草及麦草化机浆中木素和酸性基团的变化规律。Change of chemical composition and chemical element of hot water and xylanase pretreatment prior to soda treatment during chemi-mechanical pulping of wheat straw and hydrogen peroxide bleaching of wheat straw bio-chemimechanical pulp was studied. The chemical composition analysis results showed: Wheat straw contain some components that were dissolved easily in hot water and xylanase. Hot water and xylanase pretreatment prior to chemical treatment obviously enhanced soda delignifing of wheat straw. ESEM-EDAX analysis results showed: Wheat straw contains more mineral elements that weaken effect of xylanase on wheat straw; Alkali metal is easeful to dissolve in the hot water and xylanase. Alkali-earth metal and transition metal are difficult to dissolve during pulping and bleaching. In general, C/O element ratio can reflect change of lignin and carboxylic acid groups of wheat straw and wheat straw bio-chemimechanical pulp.
