摘　　要：济钢第一炼铁厂在原有单纯喷吹无烟煤的基础上,改进制粉工艺,引入热风炉低氧烟气,处理收粉系统等存在的安全及工艺问题,实现了烟煤、无烟煤混喷。该技术应用后,提高煤比48kg/t、降低焦比46kg/t,年创经济效益4523万元。On the base of injecting anthracite pulverized coal simply, the pulverized coal preparation process is improved, the low-oxygen smoke gas from hot-blast stove are introduced, and the problems existed in powder collecting system are resolved, then the mixing injection technique of bituminous and anthracite is realized. After the application is applied, the coal ratio is increased by 48kg/t, the coke ratio is reduced by 46kg/t, and the annual benefit reaches to 45.23 million Yuan.
