摘 要:目的 通过建立大鼠骨质疏松模型 ,检测骨密度和血清瘦素 ,探讨血清瘦素和骨质疏松的关系。方法 1 2 0只 6月龄雌性SD大鼠 ,随机分为 6组 (肥胖去势组、肥胖对照组、肥胖空白组、正常体重去势组、正常体重对照组、正常体重空白组 )。通过实验建立骨质疏松模型 ,分别于术后 2、3、4、5、6月每组随机抽出大鼠 4只 ,行骨密度测定及血清瘦素测定。结果 血清瘦素含量肥胖去势组最高 ;骨密度含量肥胖去势组最低。结论 血清瘦素与骨质疏松在本实验前提下有可能成正相关。Objective To find out the relationship between leptin and osteoporosis by establishing mode of osteoporosis of rats, detecting its BMD and Leptin.Method One hundred and twenty female SD rats in 6 months old were chosen and were randomly divided into 6 groups (obesity control group,obesity vacuity group, obesity castrated group, normal weight matched control group, normal weight vacuity group and normal weight castrated group). The model of osteoporosis was established through the experiment. Four rats were taken out randomly from each group in the 2 nd ,3 rd ,4 th ,5 th ,and 6 th month after surgery and detected the bone mineral density and leptin.Result The highest leptin was in the obesity castrated group. The lowest BMD is in the obesity castrated group.Conclusion There is possibility obverse relationship between the osteoporosis and the concentration of leptin in our experiment.
