摘  要:目的:研究微型纯钛种植体支抗的临床治疗效果。方法:选择安氏Ⅰ类和Ⅱ类的拔牙矫正病例48例,在完成整平排齐,关闭拔牙间隙阶段随机分为研究组和对照组,每组2 4例。研究组使用微型纯钛种植体作为支抗关闭间隙,对照组使用常规滑动法关闭间隙。通过治疗前后X线头影测量分析进行对比研究。结果:所有病例拔牙间隙均关闭。矫治后前牙突度及轴倾度得到明显改善。研究组治疗前后支抗磨牙无明显前移,与对照组相比较有显著性差异(P <0 .0 5 )。研究组覆盖和覆牙合分别平均减少了4.2 3mm和2 .41mm。对照组覆盖和覆牙合分别平均减少3 .5 6mm和1.94mm。结论:微型纯钛种植体能提供稳定的正畸支抗,避免了后牙支抗丢失,且操作简单,安全性好,患者易于接受。Objective:To investigate the effects of clinical application on the reinforcement of orthodontic anchorage with micro implant system.Method:48 class I and class Ⅱ patients were divided into two groups randomly, 24 cases in each group. All patient were treated extraction and all patients were treated at the stage of space closure. One group were treated by micro implant system ,and the control group were treated by traditional sliding mechanics. Cephalometric analysis was taken before and after orthodontic treatment.Result: the extraction space of all patients were closed. Overbite and overjet were improved significantly in all the patients. There was statistically significantly difference of anchorage loss at upper molars between the experimental and control groups(P<0.05).The mean reduction of overbite and overjet of experimental group were 4.23 mm and 2.41 mm,and of control group were 3.56 mm and 2.41 mm.Conclusion:micro implant system could be used as an efficient method to reinfore the orthodontic anchorage.
