慢性结肠炎中医临床分型与纤维结肠镜关系探讨

摘　　要：为了给慢性结肠炎的中医辨证和中西结合治疗提供确切的临床资料，将１００例慢性结肠炎病人进行临床辨证分型，并通过纤维结肠镜进一步观察镜下改变，５０％以上病人进行了病理送检，结果出现１００例慢性结肠炎病人有６８例与镜下改变之间有着较高的内在联系。其中肠粘膜重度充血、糜烂溃疡者３２例，而湿热蕴结型２９例，占９６％，说明辨证分型与镜下检查是符合中西医结合理论的。In order to get exact clinic data for the TCM syndromes and the western and traditional combined treatments, We have divided 100 Chronic colitis patients into various syndromes, confirmed them with fiberopticcolonoscopy and biopsy. The results demonstrated that 68 patients syndromes from 100 cases are closely connectled with the pathological changes. For example, 29 cases (96%) belong to Accumulation of Damp-heatamong 32 patients with colon mucesal hyperemia, erosions and ulcers.
