摘　　要：目的研究小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌的耐热性肠毒素B基因(ystB)的分布特征。方法通过聚合酶链反应(PCR)、DNA探针杂交方法与序列分析检测致病性和非致病性小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌携带ystB基因的情况。结果98株非致病性小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌中52株携带ystB基因,占53.06%。全部48株致病性小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌均不携带该基因。结论ystB基因仅存在于部分生物1A型非致病性小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌,而不存在于致病性菌株中。The characteristics of distribution of the heat-stable enterotoxin B gene in Yersinia enterocolita (ystB) was investigated by means of PCR,DNA-DNA hybrization and sequencing.By detecting this gene in the pathogenic and non-pathogenic strains of Y.enterocolitaca,it was found that in 98 strains of the non-pathogenic Y.enterocoloitaca,52 strains of the bio-type 1A harbored ystB gene(53.06%),while no pathogenic strains of this organism harbored this gene.It is evident that the ystB gene of Y.enterocolitaca is only present in the non-pathogenic strains,but not in the pathogenic strains of this organism.
