摘 要:目的通过观察准分子激光治疗性角膜切削术后角膜蛋白多糖的变化,探讨角膜上皮下雾状混浊与蛋白多糖的关系.方法对12只(24只眼)新西兰大白兔行准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术,切削深度130μm,制作角膜上皮下雾状混浊动物模型.8周后对2~3级角膜上皮下雾状混浊行准分子激光治疗性角膜切削术.用裂隙灯显微镜对角膜上皮下雾状混浊评分,并进行角膜蛋白多糖超微结构组织化学染色观察.结果准分子激光治疗性角膜切削术后角膜上皮下雾状混浊减轻或消除,异常蛋白多糖明显减少.结论准分子激光治疗性角膜切削术可有效治疗准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术后角膜上皮下雾状混浊,角膜上皮下雾状混浊与异常蛋白多糖密切相关.Objective To investigate the relationship between haze and proteoglycan in cornea after phototherapeutic keratectomy(PTK).Methods Photorefractive keratectomy (PRK) with cutting depth of 130μm was performed on 12 (24 eyes) adult New Zealand white rabbits to cause haze. PTK was performed for haze(grade 2-3) after 8 week. Then haze was assessed by slip-lamp microscopy and corneal proteoglycan was observed by transmission electromicroscopy.Results Haze was reduced or disappeared after PTK, meanwhile proteoglycan was decreased. Conclusions PTK may effectively treat haze afer PRK and haze is closely related to abnormal proteoglycan.
