摘 要:目的制作兔肝纤维化模型,超声观察肝循环指数对肝储备功能的价值。方法40只家兔采用口服硫代乙酰胺方法造模,分别于造模前及造模后8、12、16、20周时利用超声检测肝循环指数及吲哚氰绿清除率评价肝脏储备功能。结果超声检测肝循环指数与吲哚氰绿清除率呈显著负相关(P<0.01),随着纤维化程度的加重,循环指数呈下降趋势。实验组与对照组间循环指数有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论通过超声可无创检测肝纤维化时肝脏储备功能变化,帮助临床诊断肝纤维化及治疗效果的观察,具有较积极的作用。Objective To study liver reserve function with ultrasound hepatic circulation index (HCI) changes in rabbit hepatic fibrosis models.Methods Fourty experimental rabbits were fed with thioacetamide as the only drinking water,then 15 minute indocyanine green retained concentration and ultrasound HCI were detected to assess liver reserve function at the 8~th ,12~th ,16~th and 20~th weeks during constructing the hepatic fibrosis models.Results During development of hepatic fibrosis,the HCI was decreased.There was a good negative relation between HCI and 15 minute indocyanine green retained concentration (P<0.01).Conclusions It was useful to detect liver reserve function with ultrasound HCI for clinical assessment of hepatic fibrosis.
