肝癌组织中Nm23表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨肿瘤转移抑制因子Nm23在肝癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法　应用免疫组化方法对50例肝癌组织及其癌旁组织Nm23进行检测分析。结果　肝癌组织中Nm23表达阳性率为32%,明显低于癌旁肝组织,Nm23阳性表达在淋巴结转移及肝内转移组明显低于无淋巴结转移及无肝内转移组,两组间有明显差异性,分别为χ2=3.43, P<0.05;χ2=7.22, P<0.05。结论　Nm23与肝癌的侵袭及转移有密切关系。Objective The purpose of this study was to investigatigate the association between the expression of gene Nm23 and prognosis ,Clinicalpatholgy of patients with primary Liver Carcinoma.Methods Nm23 were detected by inmmunohistochemical method of strept-avidin-peroxidase(s-p)in 50 primary Carcinoma of Liver.Results The Positivity rate of Nm23 expression in primary Liver Carcinoma tissues were significantly lower than that in other cancer tissues,the positive rates of Nm23 in liver Carcinoma those without lymph node metastasis,differences were respectively significent(χ 2=3.43,P<0.05,χ 2=7.22,P<0.05).Conclusion Nm23 expression is closely related to the invasiveness and metastasis of liver Carcinoma.
