摘  要:以板状刚玉为原料,纯铝酸钙水泥和SiO2微粉为结合剂,制成刚玉质高炉喷补料的坩埚试样,然后在还原气氛中于1550℃3h进行抗高炉渣的侵蚀试验,研究了氮化硅加入量(分别为0、5%和10%)对刚玉质高炉喷补料的抗渣侵蚀性能的影响,通过对侵蚀试样的微观分析,得出了渣侵蚀机理。结果表明:刚玉喷补料中不加氮化硅时,渣很容易侵蚀喷补料,而加入5%和10%的氮化硅后,改善了喷补料的抗渣渗透性,大大提高了其抗渣能力;氮化硅在喷补料基质中呈网状结构,这也是提高喷补料抗渣侵蚀能力的主要原因。The Al2O3-based gunning mix crucible specimen was firstly prepared using tabular corundum as main starting material, pure calcium aluminate cement and fume silica as binder, the additions of Si3N4 were 0, 5% and 10% respectively. The corrosion experiment was conducted with the static crucible method at 1550°C for 3 h in reduction atmosphere. The influences of Si3N4 on slag resistance of Al2O3 gunning mix was studied. The results obtained from the study of microstructure and the thermodynamic activity of slag and gunning mix at high temperature show that the slag is easy to erode the gunning mix when Si3N4 addition is zero and the slag resistance is improved by adding 5% or 10% Si3N4. And the added Si3N4 is of network structure in the matrix of the gunning mix, which is the reason to improve slag resistance of gunning mix.
