摘　　要：绩效技术是一种用系统论思想来分析、解决人类绩效问题的方法。由于它对成本-效益、投入-产出和对结果的关注,目前已被广泛应用在企业组织之中,目的是为了提高组织及其团队的绩效。文章从绩效技术入手,对其理论进行了简要介绍,然后着重分析它在企业中的应用和它给教育技术所带来的启示,旨在为我们提供新的角度来看待并分析教育技术中面临的一些问题。Performance technology is a kind of methodology to solve human performance by means of the theory of system.It is widely used in enterprises to realize performance improvement for its focus on cost-profit, input-output and the result. Starting from performance technology, the article introduces the theory of performance, application in enterprises and its inspiration. The article presents some new angles in analyzing some problems in educational technologies.
