摘　　要：以现代技术手段从事远程教育的中央广播电视大学在发展历史中,随技术环境不断进步适时地运用和开发了新的技术手段并积极应用。面对丰富的教学资源和建设资源的经验,尤其是录像教材建设经验的积淀,本文将基于历史环境客观分析个中成败的底蕴,克服宏观上空洞赞许和微观上具体贬低的偏激思想,构架成败与历史事实之间的联系,以经验和思维上的理性升华推动中国远程教育事业的可持续发展。The central RTVU has been adopting and developing new technologies with the development of modern educational technologies. On the basis of rich teaching resources and experience in resources construction especially video materials, the article analyzes the reasons for success or failure in a historic perspective. It also presents that ideas of blind praise in a macro-perspective but real depreciate in a micro-perspective should be avoided. It analyzes the relationship between success or failure and the historic realities so as to promote the sustainable development of China's distance education.
