摘　　要：从脏腑阴阳气血失调、体质学说、形神学说、肝主疏泄4个方面论述中医学对亚健康状态病因病机的认识,旨在剖析亚健康状态的形成原因及其致病机制,逐步建立有现代特色的中医亚健康状态的辨证论治理论体系。The author in this article discusses the knowledge on pathogenic factor s and pathogenesis of subclinic state in TCM from imbalance of zang and fu ,yin and yang,Qi and blood, the theory of constitution,the theory of mental and body, smoothing and relieving controlled by the liver in order to analyze the pathogen ic factors and pathogenesis of subclinic health state and estjablish gradually t he theoretic system in therapy with syndrome differentiation with TCM-special ch aracteristic for subclinic state.
