摘　　要：在阐述肿瘤医疗产业纵向一体化现状的基础上,分析上下游独立经营、实体纵向一体化经营和虚拟纵向一体化经营的优势与劣势,指出纵向一体化对于省级肿瘤医院的战略意义,提出虚拟经营是纵向一体化战略的实现之道;并在分析省级肿瘤医院虚拟经营的资源要求、现状的基础上,提出虚拟经营的具体措施。This article expatiates the actuality of vertical integration of tumor therapy industry, analyses the advantages and disadvantages by solo operation, actual vertical integration and virtual integration, emphasize the strategic benefits of vertical integration to the provincial tumor hospital, put forward that virtual operation is the right way to the success of vertical integration strategy. On the basis of resource requests, condition, this article advises methods for implementation.
