中外合作办学的动因及发展对策

摘　　要：介绍了中外合作办学定义。通过分析教育国际化的必然性和加入WTO对我国教育的影响,研究了中外合作办学这种创新的教育形式对我国教育事业发展所发挥的积极作用。根据国际贸易的“相对比较优势”理论,说明了这种办学形式对世界教育的发展也是有益的。分析了《中外合作办学条例》的颁布对规范、促进中外合作办学发展所发挥的积极作用。This paper first of all makes an introduction of Chinese-foreign cooperative school running. Itfocuses on the positive impact on Chinese education in this new way of schooling in view of education inter-nationalization and the affect of the entry to WTO. According to the comparative advantage theory in interna-tional trade, the paper elaborates that this joint form of school running is beneficial to the development of worldeducation. Finally, it points out that there is a positive impact of the Regulations of the People's Republic ofChina on Chinese-Foreign Cooperative Schools on the development of those cooperative schools.
