豁痰化瘀开窍针剂为主治疗肺性脑病的临床研究——附102例观察分析

摘　　要：本文采用复方三生针、复方丹参针.醒脑静等中药针剂辅以常规西药治疗肺性脑病68例并与同期纯西药34例对照组相比较.结果研究组 68例中显效18例(26.47%)、有效30例(44.12%),总有效率70.59%.经统计学处理P<0.01,有非常显著性差异.神志恢复正常时间,研究组平均为53.687小时,对照组平均为71.167小时,经统计学处理p<0.05,有显著性差异.治后PaO_2和SaO_2,p<0.05,有显著性差异.PaCO_2两组均有下降、但差异不明显(p>0.05).表明“豁痰通瘀、醒脑开窍”法,能畅通气道,改善通气、换气功能,从而提高了SaO_2、PaO_2,降低PaCO_2,效果满意.Compound San Sheng Injection (raw Radix Glehac. raw Radix Aconiti Praeparata),Compound Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae Injection and Restoring consciousness Injection with conventional Western medicines have been used (or 68 cases of pulmonary en-cephalopathy,and also 34 cases of contrast group have been treated only with Western medicines simultaneously. Results show remarkably effective 18 cases (26. 47%) ,effective 30 cases (44. 12%),total effective rate 70. 58% in study group,remarkably effective 2 cases (5. 88%),effective 10 cases (29. 41%),total effective rate 35. 29% in contrast group. Statistical analysis shows p<0. 01,there is extremely remarkable difference between two groups. Average recovery time of unconsciousness is 53. 68? hours in study group,71. 167 hours in contrast group. Statistics suggests p<0. 05,two groups have remarkable difference.So the study demonstrates that the method of eliminating phlegm, blood stasis and restoring consciousness can unobstruct respiratory tract, improve ventilation, finaly SaO_(2) and PaO_(2) are increased, PaCO_(2) is decreased. The therapeutic results are satisfactory.
