低能量氩离子激光在翼状胬肉切除术后的应用

摘　　要：目的观察低能量氩离子激光在翼状胬肉切除术后封闭新生血管胚芽的疗效。方法对56例原发性翼状胬肉切除术后1周术区结膜或角膜缘出现新生血管胚芽的病人行低能量氩离子激光封闭新生血管胚芽,以功率0.1～0.15W,时间0.2s,光斑直径100～200μm,计数56～187点光凝,每次间隔1周,共1～3次。结果随访13～19个月,平均(15±3.2)个月,复发率为7.1%。结论低能量氩离子激光封闭翼状胬肉术后1周新生血管胚芽,能降低胬肉术后复发率,操作简单,病人痛苦少,可作为防止翼状胬肉切除术后复发的一种有效方法。Objective To observe the effectiveness of a rg on laser in photocoagulating the postoperative recurrent vessels of pterygium. Method 56 cases that received pterygium dissection 1 week before w ere selected,new vessels appeared in surgery site of corneal and/or conjunctive in all cases.All cases received low-energy argon laser to photocoagulate the r ecurrent vessels with power:0.1～0.15 W;time: 0.2 s;laser spot diameter:10 0～200 μm,56～187 laser spots.Patients received photocoagulation once a week,the tota l treatment rangecl 1～3 times. Result The follow-up is 13～ 19 months (15±3.2 in average),recurrence rate was 7.1%.Conclusion Using low-energy argon laser one week after pterygium dissection to make p hotocoagulation to new vessels can reduce the pterygium recurrence rate,it's ea sy to operate,and patients experience less pain from it,so it's an effective tr eatment in preventing the recurrence of pterygium.
