银耳制剂对小鼠移植性肿瘤预防及其机理的实验研究

摘　　要：小鼠在移植肿瘤细胞前,注射银耳制剂,显示出银耳对荷腹水型或荷实体瘤小鼠肿瘤的生长有明显的抑制作用.正常小鼠给银耳制剂后,其腹腔巨噬细胞(M￠)数量与功能、形态有明显变化,此M￠可吞噬和杀伤肿瘤细胞.This paper reports on the inhibition effects of TFB on the growth of transplanted mouse tumor cells. When TFB was administered intraperitoneally to mice before transplantation of tumor cells,an obvious inhibitory effect on hepatocellular carcinoma cell was seen. The survival time was prolonged and the survival rate was increased in tutnor bearing mice pretreated with TFB. An inhibitory effect of TFB on hepatocellular carcinoma and uterine cervix carcinoma No. 27(U27)solid tumor bearing mice was also observed.When mice given TFB intraperitoneally,the number and morphology of peritoneal macrophage(M)showed significant changes,number increased,the size enlarged and shape altered. M phagocytosis and cytolysis of carcinoma cells were observed. The results indicate that TFB might be able to activate peritoneal macrophages in vivo.
